Fees and Billing
The fee for the 2024 Competitive Challenges Conference is USD $4,800 per attendee. Invoices will be processed and sent to the email address provided in the registration form beginning in June and on a rolling basis thereafter.
The conference fee is exclusive of sales and use tax, V.A.T. and other similar taxes or charges. Taxes or charges due, if any, are the responsibility of the client and the client will indemnify CRISIL Irevna US LLC for failure to pay such taxes or charges.
Room Reservations at The Langham, Chicago
The discounted room rate at The Langham, Chicago will be available until Tuesday, September 17, 2024. After this date, the remaining rooms within the block will be released, thereby limiting the availability of discounted rooms. There are two ways to secure your room:
- Visit a dedicated online booking site
- Call the hotel directly at +1 (312) 923-9988 and mention that you will be attending the Coalition Greenwich Competitive Challenges Conference
Note: If you attempt to book a room through your firm's independent travel agency, you may not be eligible for the discounted rate. Consequently, we advise that you contact the hotel directly.
Welcome Reception
For attendees planning to arrive in Chicago the evening before the event formally begins, Coalition Greenwich will be hosting a Welcome Reception and networking opportunity on Tuesday, October 8th from 5:30 - 7:00PM in the Melbourne Room at The Langham Chicago. Please plan to stop by!
RSVP for Dinner on Wednesday, October 9th
To help gauge interest in the dinner on Wednesday, October 9th, please let us know your intentions using the RSVP field in the registration form. Please note that you will have the opportunity to update your RSVP closer to the event date.
Cancellation Policy
If you register for the conference but then determine you will be unable to attend, you must notify Coalition Greenwich in writing by Friday, September 13th in order to be eligible to receive a refund.
