RSVP for Dinner on Tuesday, October 16th
To help gauge interest in the dinner on Tuesday, October 16th, please let us know your intentions using the RSVP field in the registration form. Please note that you will have the opportunity to update your RSVP closer to the event date.
Welcome Reception – NEW!
For attendees planning to arrive in Newport Beach the evening before the event formally begins, Greenwich Associates will be hosting a Welcome Reception and networking opportunity on Monday, October 15th from 5:30 – 7:30PM on the Executive Terrace at the resort. We hope to see you there!
Fees and Billing
The fee for the 2018 Competitive Challenges Conference is $4,200 per attendee. Invoices will be processed and sent to the email address provided in the registration form beginning in June and on a rolling basis thereafter. The conference fee is exclusive of sales and use tax, V.A.T. and other similar taxes or charges. Taxes or charges due, if any, are the responsibility of the client and the client will indemnify Greenwich Associates, LLC for failure to pay such taxes or charges.
If you register for the conference but then determine you will be unable to attend, you must notify Greenwich Associates in writing by Friday, September 21st in order to be eligible to receive a refund.
Room Reservations at The Resort at Pelican Hill, Newport Beach
A discounted room rate will be made available for event attendees on a first come first served basis through Monday, September 24th. You may reserve your room by contacting the resort directly at +1.888.507.6427 and mentioning that you will be attending the Greenwich Associates Competitive Challenges Conference.
If you attempt to book a room through your firm’s independent travel agency, you may not be eligible for the discounted rate. Consequently, we advise that you contact the resort directly.
